Visiting The Pumpkin Patch

Jaxon was 14 months by October 1st. He began walking one week later. He had made many attempts before that and came very close, but as they say, one day he just took off! With winter approaching and the weather still good, we decided to make the most of it and hit up the nearby pumpkin patch. Now that Jaxon could walk, it made it even more fun for him because he got to explore off on his own (adult supervised of course).

We visited the Roca Berry Farm pumpkin patch in October twice this year. It was our first time to this pumpkin path, and we were excited to see what Jaxon thought of it all as well. I was surprised by how big it was. There were activities and craft centers, shows, haunted houses, petting farms, food, two large bounce bubbles adults and children could play on (that was our favorite part!), slides, bonfires, and of course, pumpkins, pumpkin pie and pumpkin jams! We had fun taking pictures of Jaxon throughout the afternoon and watching his eyes grow large at every corner we turned. I will upload more later, but here is one photo we took of him posing by the pumpkins. We had such a great time!
