Winter Park Ski Trip Adventure

Well, we just returned from our very first family vacation. Kyle and I would always scavenger to Winter Park, Colorado each year to go skiing and visit my friend and her husband, Monica and Ryan Anderson. I've known Monica since the 4th grade and we have been the best of friends ever since. We decided to take Jaxon with us this year and road trip out to the mountains once again. We couldn't wait to hit the slopes! We were able to set up Jaxon in the resort's daycare at the bottom of the slope for a few hours for two of the days we were there. Everything worked out perfectly. And it was so great to catch up with friends! Monica and Ryan fixed us up with a lot of homemade food at their cabin in the mountains, and the skiing was great thanks to the 60-degree sunshine. While I probably would've gotten us a larger hotel room (next time), mostly it was very relaxing and a true adventure with a 7 month old boy!

The best way to sum-up this trip can be best told through a video (of course). :) Unfortunately, we took all of our pictures on our phone so they aren't the best quality...also, I'm not sure why the video uploaded to this blog kind of fuzzy. Oh well, you get the gist. Enjoy!
