Wearing the "Client Hat"

At Talent Plus, we often discuss the importance of "wearing the client hat" - ensuring you are making decisions with the client's best interest in mind. We even have several black baseball caps with the word "CLIENT" written across the front, which provides associates with the opportunity to interact with the concept in a real way when sharing client stories.

Jaxon visited our work one day and decided he'd give the client hat a try out. A little big, but he wore it proud...and also uttered some interesting viewpoints as well.
